What We Do
Public adjusters are licensed by the state to file, prepare, complete and negotiate settlement of claims on behalf of their clients. We will prepare an estimate using the most up to date industry approved software, meet with the insurance company adjuster and negotiate settlement on your behalf. All while keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
We have over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. We have represented hundreds of clients and our results speak for themselves. We have had many cases where claims were initially denied and, once our services were involved, resulted in covered losses, repaired damages and full roof replacements.
A study by the Office of Program Policy Analysis & Government Accountability (OPPAGA) found that policyholders with public adjuster representation typically received higher settlements than those without a public adjuster. In 2005, hurricane claim settlement averaged $2,029 without a public adjuster and jumped to $17,187 with public adjuster representation. That's a 747% increase!!!
We work for you, not the insurance company. We will inspect and estimate your damage with no out of pocket cost to you. Our fee is based on a percentage of what the insurance company pays. So we don't get paid until you get paid.

When your home sustains damage, it can feel overwhelming. Your insurance company will provide you with an estimate for repairs that will likely be in excess of 20 pages. We have years of experience preparing and reviewing estimates to make sure they include all covered damages and don't apply unwarranted exclusions or depreciation. Appraisal/Umpire Services
When you and your insurance company can't agree on the repair scope or cost of your claim, often the next step is appraisal. Your insurance company will hire an appraiser and so will you. The two appraisers will write their own independent estimates and attempt to reach an agreement. If they cannot agree, an umpire is brought in as a neutral third party to settle the matter.
